Would you like to reset your account to change your goal(s) in the app?
There’s no need to reset your account — you can update your goals directly in the app. ☺️
To do so, open the app and go to Settings (gear icon ⚙️ in the top right corner of the “Today” tab).
Then tap on “Goal” 🎯. A page will open displaying your current goal(s).
You can update your goals by answering a few new questions to create your new personalized journey.
