There are two ways to cancel your free trial
From the app
Open your settings (the gear icon at the top right of the "Today" page), then go to the "Subscription" page. The subscription management link takes you straight to the cancellation page for your payment platform.
On the App Store only, since December 2025, you must cancel your trial at least 24 hours before it ends. Click here to learn more about the App Store.
From your payment platform
The cancellation process depends on the platform you used (App Store, Play Store/Google Play, Paddle Web Platform, or Stripe). The first step is therefore to identify which platform you used to activate your free trial.
The name of the platform is shown on the "Subscription" page. If you no longer have the app, you will also find it in the confirmation email you received when your trial was activated. The steps depend on the platform.
- App Store or Play Store: cancellation is handled through your store's subscription manager.
On the App Store only, since December 2025, you must cancel your trial at least 24 hours before it ends. Click here to learn more about the App Store.
- Paddle web platform:
- Fill in this form (https://paddle.net/verify-email) using the email address you used when activating your trial.
- Open the email you receive and click "Verify and show Purchases".
- Click "Get Help".
- Select "Cancel".
- Stripe:
- Open this link (https://pay.mindday.com/p/login/6oU6oI0fse0RgJy5IN6J200) and enter your email address.
- Click the sign-in link sent to you by email.
- Select your subscription to cancel it.
For Paddle and Stripe, if you don’t receive an email after step 1, it means you entered the wrong email address. To find the correct one, search your inbox for the trial activation email. The address that received that email is the one you should enter in step 1.
