On MindDay, you can turn off the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time. 😊
The cancellation process depends on the platform you used (App Store, Play Store/Google Play, Paddle Web Platform, or Stripe). The first step is therefore to identify which platform you used to subscribe.
🍎 🤖 App Store & Play Store
For subscriptions purchased via the App Store or Play Store, you can:
- Go to the “My subscription” page from your app settings (⚙️ gear icon in the top right corner of the “Today” tab);
- Click on “Manage my subscription”;
- Then cancel your subscription. This will automatically stop the auto-renewal. 😊
If you don’t have access to your MindDay app, you can go directly to your store (App Store on iPhone or Play Store on Android), then click on “Edit” to turn off auto-renewal.
🌐 Paddle
For subscriptions purchased via the Paddle Web Platform, you need to:
- Click this link and complete the form, making sure to enter the same email address used to activate your trial.
A link will be sent to that email address.
- Click on “Verify and show Purchases” in the email.
- Click on “Get Help.”
- Select “Cancel” to end your trial.
If you don’t receive an email after step 1, it means you entered the wrong email address. To find the correct one, search your inbox for the trial activation email. The address that received that email is the one you should enter in step 1.
🧾 Stripe
For subscriptions purchased via the Stripe web platform, you need to:
- Click this link. A login link will be sent to your email address.
- Click on the link you receive.
- Select the subscription to cancel it or request a refund.
