I have a MindDay subscription, but the app is asking me to pay

Reactivate your subscription

Do you have (or think you have) a MindDay subscription, but when you try to play a video, you’re asked to make a payment?

Don’t worry 💛 Several reasons may explain this situation.

Here are the 3 most common ones:

1️⃣ Your subscription has ended

If you canceled your subscription, it will not renew automatically.

Once your current billing period comes to an end, access to subscriber-only content stops.

👉 In this case, a new payment is required to regain access to the videos.

 

2️⃣ You’re logged in with the wrong MindDay account

You may be logged into MindDay with a different email address from the one used to purchase your subscription.

To find the correct account, we recommend that you:

  • Search your inbox for the subscription confirmation email;
  • This email usually comes from Apple, Google Play, Paddle, or Stripe, depending on the platform used for the purchase.

The MindDay email confirming your account creation is not a subscription confirmation.

 

3️⃣ Your subscription did not go through

In some cases, the subscription process may fail, for example if:

  • your bank declined the authorization hold;
  • the payment was not successfully completed.
