On MindDay, you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, it means that the next payment will not be charged, and your subscription will end at the close of your current billing period.
For example, if you purchased a 12-month subscription on January 1, 2026, your subscription renews every January 1.
⚠️ However, this does not mean that you will automatically receive a refund.
To request a refund, you must contact the platform that processed your payment, as the terms and conditions vary depending on the provider (App Store, Play Store, Paddle.net, Stripe).
In general, beyond 48 hours, platforms reserve the right to refuse refund requests.
