You’ve just purchased a MindDay subscription but still can’t access the sessions? We’re truly sorry about that 😞
The very first thing you can try is restoring your purchases.
To do this, go to your app settings and click on “Restore purchase” in the “Subscription” section. ↩️
Then restart the app. 😊
If it still doesn’t work, there are two possible explanations:
1️⃣ Your purchase may not have been validated
To check, look through your emails to confirm that your purchase was successfully processed. The confirmation email may come from the App Store, Play Store, Paddle, or Stripe.
(⚠️ Don’t forget to check your spam folder.)
- If you haven’t received an email, it means the purchase didn’t go through and you’ll need to try again. 💪
- If you did receive the email, your purchase has been validated. In that case, it may take a little time (up to 20 minutes) for your phone to grant you access.
2️⃣ You’re not logged in with the correct MindDay account
Your subscription is linked to the email address used when activating it. You need to log in using that same email address.
For iPhone users: when you activate a subscription using Apple Pay, the account associated with your purchase may sometimes be a private Apple relay email address. To check this, please refer to this page.
If the issue persists beyond 20 minutes, please contact us at hello@mindday.com and include your identification number along with your purchase invoice and order number.
