On MindDay, you’ll get access to all our sessions and programs, along with mood-tracker and your well-being score.
We offer programs and sessions on over 300 topics, including stress, self-confidence, romantic relationships, work, depression, addictions, and many more.
So, what’s a program?
Programs are short daily activities designed to be done regularly. 📆
They include different formats:
- Quick video sessions (2–3 minutes) with advice and exercises to help you build healthy habits
- Journals for self-reflection, gratitude, or daily planning
- Mantras to soak up positive, empowering thoughts
- And quotes to inspire you
You can follow up to 4 programs at a time. The goal isn’t to do everything at once, but to give yourself time to absorb and apply what you’re learning. Take it one goal at a time. 🎯
You’ll find all Programs in the “Programs” tab.
What about sessions?
Our sessions go deeper into specific topics.
They last 10 to 15 minutes and always include guided writing exercises to help you reflect, put your emotions into words, and truly process what you’re feeling.
All sessions can be found in the “Sessions” tab. 👁
What’s a Tool?
A tool is a simple activity you repeat every day to help lock in new habits—ways of thinking or doing that support your mental well-being.
Some tools, like the Emotion Tracker, help you check in with what you're feeling.
Others, like Coherent Breathing or calming breathwork, are there to slow things down and soothe your nervous system.
Here are a few examples: the 5 good things exercise, Success journal, Food diary, Soothing sounds, and more.
All in all, we offer around twenty tools, covering a wide range of topics.
You’re free to try as many as you like. Just remember—consistency and your ability to make these tools part of your daily routine are what really make the difference over time.
And what’s the well-being score?
It’s a quick self-assessment designed by our psychologists to help you check in on your overall well-being at any given time. 📅
It helps you become more aware of how you’re doing emotionally.
Your score can change over time—📊 it’s meant to evolve.
We recommend taking it every two weeks to track your progress.
To access it, go to the “Track” tab, then tap “Well-being Score” in the top right.
What’s a Test?
In the app, you’ll find a range of self-assessment tests on topics like anxiety, sleep, relationships, self-esteem, and more. These tests give you a snapshot of where you’re at right now, and suggest sessions or programs to help you move forward.
The results aren’t medical diagnoses—and they’re definitely not set in stone. Your life can change, and so can how you feel. 🌱
