To help you take care of yourself, the app offers several formats:
☀️ Programs
These are series of short activities (5 minutes max) that allow you to discover a daily psychological tip or a CBT exercise to work concretely on the topics that concern you. They were designed to fit easily into your daily life without taking up too much of your time.
Within our programs, you’ll find several formats:
- short video sessions with practical advice and exercises to help you build new healthy habits;
- journals for self-reflection, practicing gratitude, or visualizing your day;
- mantras to help you absorb empowering and meaningful words;
- and quotes to inspire you.
You can follow up to 3 different programs at the same time. The idea is not to try to do too much at once, but to give yourself time to absorb what you’ve explored before moving on. Take your goals one step at a time. 🎯

🧠 Self-therapy sessions
Our sessions focus on specific topics for deeper work. Each session lasts 10 to 15 minutes and includes CBT exercises along the way to guide your reflection all the way through and help you put words to your emotions and thoughts.
We recommend not doing more than 4 sessions per week — about one session every two days if you’d like to keep a steady pace.

🛠️ Tools
This is a collection of structured activities designed to be repeated daily, helping you anchor new ways of thinking or acting into your everyday life.
Some tools, such as Emotion Tracking, help you check in with the emotions you’re experiencing. Others, like Coherent Breathing or relaxation breathing exercises, help you slow down and soothe your nervous system.
In total, we offer around twenty tools covering a wide range of topics.
Feel free to choose as many tools as you like. Just keep in mind that consistency — and your ability to integrate these tools into your daily program — is what truly creates long-term results.

Meditation is a relaxation practice that helps calm both body and mind, make space for your emotions, and step back from your thoughts. Research shows that when practiced regularly, meditation reduces stress and improves emotional regulation.
In the app, you’ll find a collection of guided meditations suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. They’ll help you make meditation part of your daily life.

🍃 Self-hypnosis
Self-hypnosis is a gentle and 100% natural method that involves entering a state of light trance to calm the mind and release deeply rooted limiting beliefs. In our app, you’ll find self-hypnosis sessions across three main themes:
